Nothing from AI changes the catalog automatically. Proposals wait in the Candidates view, marked Proposed, until a person promotes them. Treat them as suggestions to verify against the cited source.
Dispositions are calculated, not typed. Change a requirement's mappings or the engagement's scope, and the result follows.
Workspace matters. If you can't find a BRD, check that the right team (or Just me) is active.
Setup tasks are done by administrators. Loading the Blueprint catalog from the Blueprint Tool spreadsheet, and running the AI release-note ingestion, are administrator tasks. Consultants then use the results in the app.
Roles: the app provides a BRD Consultant role for everyday use and a BRD Admin role for administration.
Theme: the app remembers your saved theme preference and uses dark by default.
