Two Kanban boards
- Pipeline: the ideas themselves, in seven stages: Idea, Under Review, Validated, Approved, In Build, Live, Rejected.
- Features: the features belonging to the applications, in five statuses: Backlog, In Development, QA, Done, Blocked. You can filter by app and by version.
Prioritization
- RICE scoring (Reach × Impact × Confidence ÷ Effort) is calculated automatically when you save an idea.
- AI-assisted RICE suggests Reach, Impact, Confidence and Effort with a short rationale.
- AI-assisted TAM/SAM/SOM suggests market sizing in US dollars with a rationale.
- Priority levels are Critical, High, Medium, Low, Nice-to-Have.
- Upvoting (👍) on idea cards shows interest.
AI-initiated discussion
- A discovery chat helps turn a raw idea into a problem statement, target users and value proposition. The AI starts with the idea's title, description and "why it matters" already in hand. When the conversation is concrete enough, it proposes new features with a short justification each. The conversation is saved and restored when you reopen it.
Strategic alignment
- Goals tab: create and edit strategic goals (name, description, objective, key results). An AI helper can draft a goal from a short prompt.
- Features can be linked to strategic goals. Themes include Revenue Growth, Customer Experience, Operational Efficiency, Compliance / Risk, Innovation, Partner Ecosystem and Platform Scalability.
Feature management
- Every feature gets an automatic code (
FEAT-####).
- Features have sub-tasks, threaded comments with emoji, and tags.
- Amendments record changes to a feature after it was specified (
AMD-… codes). Features with open amendments show a ⚠ N AMD badge.
Delivery
- Versions and releases, with promotion from the dev site to production.
- Export bundle: download a
.zip of build specs for an idea, or push it to the app's GitHub repository with Build → GitHub.
Analytics and feedback
- An Analytics tab shows sessions, unique users, AI tokens and cost, average session length, average CSAT, feedback counts, a by-app table, top users and a 30-day activity chart.
- Apps can collect satisfaction ratings (1–5) and free-text feedback.
Administration (admins only)
- User management, Apps & Access (who can use which app and in what role), teams, companies and per-app promotion settings.
