Product Manager (Application Manager)
Product Manager is an internal web app for managing the pipeline of proposed application ideas and the features inside each one. Product managers and leadership use it to see which ideas are moving through review, build and release, and to score them with RICE. They link work to strategic goals so effort stays aligned with corporate direction. AI assistants help refine market sizing (TAM/SAM/SOM), estimate RICE inputs, draft goals, and discuss an idea in a conversation that can propose features. The app also reports adoption, satisfaction and feedback for the apps it manages.
