The list belongs to the event. Everyone on the crew sees the same contacts and notes. A person who isn't on the crew can't see the event at all.
No roles. Every crew member can capture, edit, invite and remove people. The one exception is the event's creator, who can't be removed by anyone else. If the creator leaves, the longest-standing member takes over as creator. An event must always keep at least one member.
Leaving an event. Leave from the crew window. You take nothing with you, and the leads stay with the event.
Notifications (bell by your name). You are notified when you are @mentioned in a note, when someone joins an event you created, and when a colleague captures a contact flagged for follow-up. Not every scan notifies you. Tapping a notification opens the contact or event.
Dialogs don't close by accident. Tapping outside a dialog doesn't dismiss it. Use the × or a button.
Deleting an event deletes everything in it, including contacts and badge photos. You are asked to confirm first. You can also archive an event instead.
Badge photos are private and are only shown to crew members. They may be removed automatically after a retention period, which the privacy section on the Data tab states.
Errors are shown. If something fails, such as an expired session or a failed invite, a message appears. An expired session needs a reload.
